New Client Information

Things To Know Before your first visit

We are excited to meet you and your pet! Our goal is to make your first visit to Simi Valley Animal Hospital as smooth, comfortable, and welcoming as possible for both you and your companion.

If possible, please bring any previous veterinary records with you to your appointment. These records can help our team better understand your pet’s medical history, including past vaccinations, medications, test results, or previous treatments. Having this information allows us to provide more informed and personalized care from the very first visit.

When you arrive, our team will take time to get to know you and your pet. A veterinarian will perform a thorough physical exam, discuss any concerns you may have, and answer any questions about your pet’s health, behavior, nutrition, or preventive care. This first visit is also a great opportunity for us to build a care plan tailored specifically to your pet’s needs.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we recommend that dogs be kept on a leash and that cats and other small animals be transported in secure carriers during your visit.

If you have any questions before your appointment or need help obtaining your pet’s previous records, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to welcoming you and providing the compassionate care your pet deserves.

We are Happy and Excited to take New Clients

We offer a wide range of services for all kinds of pets. We are happy to see cats, dogs, small furries, reptiles, and birds
